Replies usually take a few days. This is not a staffed support desk, so please be patient with the turnaround.
What to write about
- Something is broken
- A tool returns a wrong result, a page fails to load, or something behaves oddly in your browser. Telling us which browser and which tool helps a lot.
- You want a tool that is missing
- The catalog grows based on what people actually need. Suggestions for new tools, or for options missing from an existing one, are genuinely useful.
- A question about privacy or your data
- Anything about how the site handles information, including requests under the LGPD or the GDPR.
- Business, press, or partnership
- Advertising enquiries, collaborations, or anything commercial.
Why there is no contact form
A form would mean running a server that receives and stores what you write, along with a database to hold it. This site deliberately has neither, which is the same reason the tools run entirely in your browser. Plain e-mail keeps that promise intact: your message goes to a mailbox, and nothing is collected by the site itself.
Before you write about a tool
Nothing you type into a tool reaches us, so we cannot look up what you were working on. If you are reporting a wrong result, including the input you used — when it is not sensitive — makes the problem far easier to reproduce. Never send us passwords or confidential files.
