What is Email Signature Generator?
Create a professional email signature online with live preview, three templates, brand colors, social links, formatted copy, and downloadable HTML.
How to create a professional email signature
Build a branded signature with contact details, links, an optional photo or logo, and email-compatible HTML.
What to include
Keep the signature useful and scannable: name, role, company, one phone number, email, and website are usually enough. Add an address or social links only when they help recipients.
Compatible HTML
The generator uses a presentation table and inline styles because they remain the most dependable approach across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and many mobile clients.
How to use it
- Enter your contact details and optional public image URL.
- Choose a template, image shape, and accent color.
- Review the live preview.
- Copy the formatted signature or download its HTML file.
Generated locally
All fields and HTML generation remain in your browser. ProntoUso does not upload or store your contact details.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install the signature?
Use Copy signature and paste it into the signature editor in your email settings. If formatting is stripped, open the downloaded HTML in a browser, copy the rendered signature, and paste it again.
Why does the image need a public URL?
Email clients need to fetch the image when a recipient opens the message. Use an HTTPS URL that will remain available.
Will it look identical in every email client?
Most styling should remain consistent, but email clients apply their own rendering rules. Send a test message to desktop and mobile accounts before using it broadly.
