What is Amazon FBA Fee Calculator?
Calculate Amazon FBA fees and profit with 2026 US price bands, apparel rates, dimensional weight, size tiers, peak fees, fuel surcharge, storage, margin, ROI, and break-even price.
How to estimate Amazon FBA fees and profit
Estimate 2026 Amazon.com US referral, fulfillment, fuel, storage, and selling-plan fees alongside product and advertising costs.
2026 fulfillment rates
The built-in Amazon US rate card uses the official January 15, 2026 price bands and the peak schedule beginning October 15, 2026. The 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge effective April 17, 2026 is enabled by default and can be switched off if Amazon withdraws it.
Dimensional and billable weight
Large standard and bulky tiers use the greater of unit weight and dimensional weight, calculated as packaged length × width × height divided by 139. Small standard uses unit weight under Amazon's published rules.
How to use it
- Enter sale price, monthly volume, category, and plan.
- Select product type, size tier, packaged weight and dimensions.
- Add product, inbound, prep, placement, advertising, and storage costs.
- Review fees, profit, margin, ROI, break-even price, and monthly projection.
Calculated locally
Product economics and dimensions remain in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to Amazon or ProntoUso.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these official Amazon charges?
The built-in fulfillment and referral rules are transcribed from official Amazon US pages and dated in the interface, but the result is an estimate. Seller Central remains authoritative for a specific SKU.
What is not included?
Conditional costs such as returns, taxes on fees, aged or low inventory, overmax, packaging, removals, inbound defects, promotions, and program-specific discounts are not automatic. Add known amounts under other costs or use the manual fulfillment fee.
Why can the selected size tier be rejected?
Each tier has a published weight range. Correct the tier or packaged weight, or enable the custom fulfillment fee when Seller Central provides a special rate.
