How to remove an image background
Create a transparent cutout or replace the background with a solid color, with optional edge refinement for hair and fine details.
Transparent or solid output
Transparent produces a PNG with an alpha channel, ready for design tools and product listings. Solid color composites the cutout over any chosen color and can be downloaded as PNG or a smaller JPG.
When to refine edges
Edge refinement spends extra processing time on soft boundaries such as hair, fur, fabric, and motion blur. Turn it off for simple products with hard edges when speed matters more.

Can I keep a transparent background?
Yes. Choose Transparent and download PNG, which preserves the alpha channel.
Why is JPG unavailable with transparency?
JPEG has no transparency channel. Choose a solid background first, or keep PNG for a transparent result.
Does edge refinement always improve the result?
It usually helps hair and soft edges, but hard-edged products may look equally good without it and process faster.
